How quickly can you collect my parcel?
The majority of our bookings are collected within 60 minutes of confirmation. Once your booking is confirmed, we dispatch the nearest available driver as a priority. Collection times may vary depending on driver availability and your location, but we always aim to move as quickly as possible.
Do you deliver nationwide across the UK?
Yes. EU Express operates nationwide across England, Scotland, and Wales. For remote or rural areas, please contact us to confirm availability and timings before booking.
What types of items can you deliver?
We deliver documents, legal papers, gifts, parcels, medical supplies, business stock, and large items requiring a Luton van. We cannot carry hazardous materials or items prohibited under UK law. If unsure, please contact us before booking.
Do you operate on bank holidays?
Yes — we operate 365 days a year including all bank holidays and public holidays, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. No need to worry about missed collections over holidays.
What is the Dedicated Vehicle service?
Our Dedicated Vehicle service is our most bespoke offering. Your item is the only load on board — the driver travels directly from your collection address to your delivery address with no stops, no detours, and no other collections or drop-offs along the way. It's ideal for time-critical, high-value, or sensitive items that need the fastest and most secure point-to-point delivery possible.
How does the online quoting system work?
Our quote tool uses real UK postcode data to calculate the distance between your collection and delivery addresses, then factors in the vehicle type required for your item. You'll receive an estimated total price — our team will confirm the final price before collection.
How is the right vehicle chosen?
When you enter your item's dimensions (length, width, height) and weight, our system automatically recommends the smallest suitable vehicle. You can always choose a larger vehicle if preferred. Vehicles range from a car for small documents up to a Luton van for large or bulky loads.
Can I cancel or amend my booking?
Yes. Contact us as soon as possible if you need changes. Cancellations before a driver is dispatched are typically free of charge. Once a driver is en route, a partial fee may apply.
Do I need to be present for collection?
Someone must be available at the collection point to hand over the item. If you cannot be present, ensure another person is there and note this in the booking. We cannot collect from unattended locations.
Can I book a delivery with multiple stops?
Yes — our Multiple Stop Delivery service lets you add up to 5 delivery stops on a single booking. When filling in the booking form, simply click "Add another stop" on the delivery step to add additional addresses. Stops are visited in the order you enter them. This service is available on both Same-Day and Next-Day services across all vehicle types.
How can I track my delivery?
All drivers are fully tracked from collection. Once confirmed, we'll send you status updates. You can also call +44 7927 647 499 at any time for a live update on your delivery.
Will I receive confirmation when my parcel is delivered?
Yes. Once your parcel is successfully delivered, we'll notify you via your preferred contact method. Proof of delivery is available upon request.

Pricing is based on the distance between your collection and delivery postcodes and the type of vehicle required for your item.
